Can't play games

Hello! Sorry to hear about not being able to play the daily puzzle in Mahjong Sanctuary. I double checked on my side and the Mahjong Sanctuary forums community on Pogo, and currently there haven't been any reports as of yet of not being able to access the daily challenge. 

At times when we see the site acting a bit odd, the best step is to log out of Pogo clearing your cache and cookies along with checking for device and browser updates. This will ensure your device has a clear path to speak with Pogo servers and can help with a variety of issues.

Give these troubleshooting steps a try to see if you can access the daily level.

I would like to be credited for the daily game in Mahjongg Sanctuary yesterday, November 20, 2025.  I tried many times throughout the day and could not get the game to open.  I sent a troubleshooting comment yesterday.  I hope someone will answer my request.

Please credit my account.  Many other people were having problems yesterday.  Today, the game came up as usual.
