Matching Moments Cover-up

When playing Matching moments, if we miss completing the challenge, the "Don't Leave Now!" screen pops up immediately prompting us to use points to continue. The problem is that the "Don't Leave Now!" screen covers the playing field in the blink of an eye, and doesn't allow us to evaluate whether spending the points to continue has any chance of succeeding. That  "Don't Leave Now!" screen either needs to be translucent or give us the ability to move it out of the way so an evaluation of success before spending points is even possible! 9 times out of 10, I simply quit the game because I don't know if I have a chance of success or I'm just spending and losing my hard earned points!
