Farm Merge Valley - Can't collect giftbox

Well I see my video did not load, ugh. I tried to upload it in this comment, but it's been forever waiting for my .mp4 video to load. I can send it via email if needed. I instead just took a quick screen shot and circled the giftbox along with the button at the bottom left I am talking about. You will just have to trust me that I've clicked them both, many times, and tried the things I've said. I am in IT and I know how to troubleshoot lol.
