the game robbed me out of a lot work. I had earned 500 crystals and used to open up a section of the game board. it took the crystals off my total but did not open the section they were used for. this may or may not be the place to resolve this but it's the only place I can find. pogo used to be a lot more user friendly when there were issues, seems you don't care very much anymore
In addition to the previous bug I reported that the crates are not producing any vegetables from the tomato on wheels I just purchased 1000 crates and the gems are gone and I have no crates.
I was in the process of Merging 5 GOLD/SILVER COINS of 2187 each next to my 4 stacks of cash when I reached Level 45 which resulted in the loss of 3 coins and nothing to show for it. Clearly, this is a glitch that needs to be addressed. When you spend money to buy Gems for Crystals and Energy it should be credited. I've let so many things go with losses so many times on various games. Is there any way of crediting my crystals and energy or giving my lost coins back? I have a screenshot after the fact if I need to submit that? Thank you for your prompt response.
I'm getting robbed of stuff constantly on Farm Merge too!! Pretty much daily things are literally disappearing! Crystals, keys, locked boxes..... getting pretty frustrating! 😒
Just minutes ago on on Coral Secrets I got star points . Came on on the screen, but when I looked my total hadn't changed at all?! You work hours on these games to get the rewards & then don't get the credit your due.

Cleaning up temporary files, installing updates and rebooting can reset the background processes that handle tracking and progression. After restarting and logging back in, items that seemed to be missing will often reappear as the system reconnects and syncs properly with Pogo's servers. *Also, for this particular game, ensure you click on the floppy disk icon to the right of your screen before exiting the game.

WHY DO YOU KEEP TAKIING MY EXTRA FARM WORKER ON farm merge valley THAT I PAY REAL MONEY FOR?? ESPECIALLY AFTER IVE BEEN A PAYING MEMBER SINCE 2001 OVER 25 YEARS?? I've also had to pay real money for crazy items just to be able to level up in a game because your requirements are so high it is impossible to do so without playing on-line 24/7. We all have real lives to deal with and cannot be on-line playing games that make you ASTRONOMICAL amounts of money! Stop being so stingy and give back what we pay for, as we should "own" it after buying it don't you think?? Very disappointing!

Regarding the Extra Farm Worker: The screenshot below shows exactly how the extra worker is designed within Farm Merge Valley, it is a 7-day rental rather than a permanent purchase. Once the 7 days expire the worker returns to 0/1 and requires renewal. This is the game's own language and design rather than something being taken away, it is also optional.
Missing Content or Purchases: If you believe you were charged for something that did not apply correctly or if gems were deducted unexpectedly, that is absolutely something worth investigating, however for privacy and security reasons purchases and missing content cannot be resolved here in the forums! Please view the steps above to speak with EA Help privately.
✨It is also worth noting that long ago Pogo did offer games for purchase, that option was discontinued long ago on the Pogo website. Currently we as players do not own any of the Pogo games as a permanent purchase. Per the Terms of Service, games can be removed at any time. This is standard across all digital gaming platforms and protects both players and the platform as technology and licensing requirements change over time.

Something is wrong with the crystals, not only am I not getting any they took away most all that I had. I purchased the large 3500 pack and poof they are gone and so is my money. I can't get help

I purchased a gold key with gems through the store, as I already had one and I got a gold box, but it disappeared! The gems have been taken from the amount of gems I had and as I went to click on the gold key that I had purchased I clicked somewhere else instead and it disappeared. I wanted to open the gold box as I am wanting to get all the pieces for a greenhouse. Can somebody at EA please help me with this!
July 13 the daily reward was for 100 Crystals in Farm Merge Valley and so far none have been added to my game! When will this be corrected?
I tried to buy crystals for farm merge academy, and it took my 65 gems and did not give me any crystals. Sucks that this game gives out very few crystals and charges and exhorbitant price for things that are bought with crystals. I decided to buy more gems so I could buy crystals, and POGO took my $40 and did not give me any gems, my subscription is up in a few months and I am considering not renewing. Three different times I "bought" keys to open my boxes, while the crystals were taking from my account the keys never appeared. Is anyone else having this problem?

I can't seem to find where I can post so I am replying to this post. I tried the refresh in the store in the lower left of farm merge valley. it took my 99 crystals but I got nothing in return. I would like to have my 99 crystals back please.
Received 300 supplies and 300 energy. Stepped away and when I returned I still had the 300 energy, but the supplies were gone. How do I get them back?
Just happened to me too. I got the 500 box. Used a bunch, but had over 350 left. Left for a half hour, had the energy, but boxes were at 40.
