Hi, I was playing farm merge valley, and I ran out of crates, so I went and got 2,250 gems (Best Value) went back to the game and bought crates at 750 gems you get 3,500 crates. I did this 3x, I should have 10,500 well I only have 7000, I am short 3,500. This is not the first time this has happened to me in this game. I hope you can look into this matter.

I purchased Gems 2250 for $119.99 and in game Farm Merge Valley used 850 of those gems for energy and it took from my balance of gems but didn't add to the energy amount. I lost 850 gems. I have attached a copy of the energy levels.
I spent 260 gems Farm Merge to get energy gems taken but did no receive the energy
what can I do to either get gems back or the powerups

I made a purchase with my gems on farm merge and it does not show them when I play,
I spent gems for the 3500 crates. It took the gems but did not give the crates. I tried again and got the crates but I am still out the gems and crates for the first purchase. How do I get the crates or gems back?
2 days ago I purchased gems to get in game crates. I ended up doing this 2X. I was only credited for 1X and am out the 750 gems for the 3500 crates i did not get. I checked my account. It says I did this 2X. I contacted EA help. They told me that it was a pogo issue and assured me it would be taken care of in 24 hours. I tried again with EA help today. They could not even find my account saying my email was invalid. it is the only email i have had for over 13 years. I asked for a phone number to escalate my issue. Was told there is no way to escalate. I am trying to think of a way to get my money back and dumping pogo. I don't like someone taking my money, snicker and run off with the "well, what are you going to do about it?" attitude. Still out 750 gems.
I had 209 gems and i had 1 key already went to get the second key so i could open treasure box and it took my gems im now at 164 gems and still one key and so i cant open my treasure box and it has now exsprired. Please correct this .

Farm Merge Valley has eaten over 200 crystals and not letting me open chests I have lost some last night and then again a little while ago trying to open a chest, took out the crystals but did not open the chest and unfortunately I did it 3 times before I noticed it. Really upset since I have spent a lot of money on this game
The issue I had last night was with the cards. I completed the Pastoral Pleasures last night and the fireworks went off, showed my rewards, but wouldn't let me click to accept them. Refreshed my page and lost it all and back to 8/9. That was a big loss. There was a lot of glitches last night.
