Farm Merge not saving for me either..i be playing for like 20 minutes go out come back in ..I have to start all over again..I dont know how to tell if it saved or not..Is there a way to tell if it saved..alot of time there are missing items too..Please fix or put a save button somewhere on the page   thanks

sandie239 Ok, now I feel old. The "Save" button is an icon of a floppy disk, It was what we used to save computer files on (pre-flash drive, pre-DVD, pre-CD).

The game will periodically Save on it's own. The icon then gets a green check mark and is kind of grayed-out.

Need to Save before you exit.

Save is up-to-date

I was told by someone close to the Mods, that if we don't get more people to complain about the RESETS, they won't do anything.  It appears to be random and not enough people are having the issue.

lildevilswimmer4     AND YES, still can't progress and I'm stuck in a groundhog day all over again

lildevilswimmer4
that is such backwards customer service. every issue should be investigated and resolved in a timely manner.

i've been trying both the app and PC/chrome. losing progress happens daily. you may have something with the store idea, though. i am constantly in and our of that looking to stock rock/tree bubbles for later use. regardless, the store should be functional and not cause issues this large. i quite literally have not played this game in a week due to not having any of my progress saved.

@pogo/mods
ignoring customers is NOT the move. pogo is becoming a scam.

avoiding the store allows some progress to save. though, i am still being reset. so this issue is still happening today.

I completely shut down Pogo for the night. When I bring up Farm in the morning all my energy and extra crates are gone and everything returns to 80 energy and 40 crates. I have tried clearing the cache before bedtime and even unplugging my PC (which makes no sense). I see others are having the same issue and as big as EA is why not fix this?

evidently they arent looking into this MAJOR ISSUE until more folks complain. So ridiculous.
