Farm Merge Valley: Rank Experience Points Not Increasing

FYI - Rank and Rank Points are STILL not working in Farm Merge Valley. It has said "121899 Experience" since at least 9/23/26.

Rank/Experience points towards Rank still not changing.

My game is always having issues, now the experience isnt moving at all and hasnt in at least a week. All of my crops have disappeared and started over at 1, I had many many banked. 

This isnt worth paying for if the games are not stable. This is not the first issue I have had.

Same Rank points 9/23/26 and 10/13/26

Current Stats 10/24/26

In this amount of time I've gone from Level 45 to 50, but my Rank Experience Points have stayed exactly the same. Guess at least it is counting experience points towards Leveling up.

I am at Rank 49 and have been there for a couple months without any progress from the status "rank 50 in 6360 experience". I have played every day, purchased land, completed orders and it is stuck. I am on level 39 and that does progress but not my rank.  The 6360 has remained unchanged. I have restarted Firefox multiple times and closed and restarted my computer.  Why am I not getting this to move forward?

OMG! I can't believe what an unbelieve clusterf Customer Support is. My apologies to anyone I have directed there!!!

The first two times I tried to report this problem it took me to:

Since it is NOT a "Game or server connection" problem I tried again - rewording the problem.

It took me to the same place, so I tried "Launch tool"

I have no idea what a Connection Score is, but this is CLEARLY not the right place to direct me!!!

And now I see my "support options" for "Game features" are to read an article or come to these forums!

ARE. YOU. KIDDING. ME.   (Sorry EA_Claus​ , I am yelling now - this is amazingly frustrating!!!!!!!!!)

I have screen shots showing that sometime between 8-26-26 and 9-23-26, Rank Points stopped accumulating. I have been at Rank 64 with 121899 Experience since at least 9/23 - despite my Items merged number increasing by 10,841 items, opening 11,722 delivery crates, clearing 24 toolboxes, clearing 44 land tiles, repairing 1 building, and completing 1,346 orders!

Why is it so hard to report this so someone will LOOK AT IT???

blackdragonknife​ Holy Cow! I can't believe I didn't notice this!! I have been screenshotting the heck out of most of the games I play regularly, trying to find some rhyme or reason as to what in the world is happening to the weekly stats. Looking back, I can see that my Rank Rewards on 9/23 show 333439 / 455338 - the same as it shows today!
