same here. we pay 150 gems for the extra perks and haven't gotten several things

Yes, same thing here and it's happend more than once.  I was at zero crates and then won the 90 crates on the Elyra event, but it only filled my crates in game to 40 crates (which is the max when it refills automatically).  One time, I was awarded crates and when I went into the game it showed the added crates, then as soon as I opened a recipe that was done, the crates went back down to 40.  Why bother earning rewards if we can't use them!?!

That's not exaclty true that  the prize just disappears.  When I got 20 crates, my 40  count went to 60 count, except lately.  Once again as the same as the  past 20 years, these games have glitches just like Magic Moments has now and even though WE PAY cash to be here, they're slow at getting them fixed.  Maybe you get extra days, or the badge anyway, or Pogis which in my opinion are worthless as I personally would rather be financially compensated for the amount of times getting the same old responses..."we are so sorry- blah blah blah"  I'd like my 10 large crystals and 50 crates for Farm Merge from just the past couple weeks but good luck with that so just start refunding money I'm paying to be a member here for so long.
