I can't wait until Feb. when my membership is up! Pogo is in it, like most businesses, for the money not for what the customer would expect for their money! I can never complete a challenge unless I pay more money, you may not realize it but that's NOT fun! I will not be renewing after February because of that! Early GOOD BY!
I feel the same way. I put a stop on my auto renew as there are so many issues with so many games on a regular basis that it's getting to be a frustrating way to start the day. And I've been with pogo for over 20 years.
I agree completely! I was sure I'd quit last year and not renew my membership. Thought I had removed my credit card information from my account so they couldn't automatically renew, but that didn't work. I am so frustrated and there's no good way to complain and get a response. Pogo lets us vent once in a while, sending surveys, but they don't care what players say. I'm sure they ask just to make us think they are listening, but they couldn't bother to go through all the responses and take them into consideration.
