After reviewing all your postings with the screenshots with myself, EA_Lanna and others, I see you are using an Apple device and use Safari or Chrome with a white screen appearing. Additionally, from the picture you provide below, I can assume you are playing Pogo on an iPad or iPhone.
Why is this happening? Computer language & security.
🍎 Apple has strict security policies, this is what Apple is known for - security protocols and how websites can access system resources. Safari and other browsers on Mac have tighter restrictions that can sometimes block the game from loading properly. This isn’t a flaw, but rather a byproduct of Apple’s emphasis on privacy and system integrity.
Additionally, Apple’s mobile devices like iPhones and iPads run on iOS and iPadOS, which enforce even tighter sandboxing and app/browser restrictions than macOS does on laptops and desktops.
Pogo is a browser-based gaming site, which means all Apple users will need to clean/update their devices a little more often to maintain compatibility.
iPhone/iPad Troubleshooting Steps:
Clear ALL Browser Data
Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data
For Chrome: Chrome app > Settings > Privacy and Security > Clear Browsing Data > select "All Time"
iOS Safari Settings (even if you prefer Chrome)
Settings > Safari
Turn ON "JavaScript"
Turn OFF "Prevent Cross-Site Tracking"
Set Cookies to "Allow from Websites I Visit"
Force Desktop Mode
In Safari: tap "AA" in address bar > "Request Desktop Website"
In Chrome: tap three dots > "Request Desktop Site"
Check iOS System Settings
Settings > Battery > turn OFF "Low Power Mode"
Settings > General > iPhone Storage (ensure adequate free space)
Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > ensure websites aren't blocked
Complete Device Restart
Full power down and restart (not just closing browsers)
Additional iPhone/iPad Troubleshooting Steps:
iOS Version Issues:
Settings > General > About - check iOS version
Settings > General > Software Update - update if available
Some games break with iOS updates or require specific versions
Content Blockers/VPN:
Settings > Safari > Content Blockers - turn off any ad blockers
Turn off any VPN apps temporarily
Check Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions for website blocks
Hardware Considerations:
Older iPad/iPhone models may lack sufficient RAM/processing power
Check available storage - games need a lot of temporary file space
Please give each of these troubleshooting steps a try, if one does not work, move on to the next.
💡 Bonus Tip for Apple Users
Generally, Apple offers free support both online and in-store. You can visit the Apple Support Community or book a Genius Bar appointment to rule out device-side issues. They’re usually very helpful!
Please let us know how these steps work for you! Your experience helps other Apple users who may be facing similar challenges and took the time to troubleshoot and share detailed feedback.
