I have the exact same problem going on when using an iPad Pro. I have no problems with this game in Windows 11. It seems that there is a kind of bug related to iPads but I dont know. Help would be appreciated. This started a few weeks ago. It has otherwise never been a problem before to play this game on iPad.

Hello! Sorry to hear about your loading issues with Solitaire Home Story. Thank you for attaching the screenshots, it helps very much in determining possible causes. From what I can see is you are using an Android Tablet with Chrome as your browser.

Looking at your screenshots, not only is the game failing to load but the icons on the side of the screen are also not displaying correctly. This is a sign your tablet is struggling to render graphics properly overall. On Android tablets this is commonly caused by one or more of the following: Hardware Acceleration needs to be toggled on or off, corrupted cache, outdated software and lack of resources.

Why only this game and not others? Each game on Pogo is designed differently, some are very graphic intensive and have complex graphical rendering demands than the simpler games. You are on Level 2366, which is quite impressive and took a lot of skilled work 🎉WTG

Display Rendering for an Android Tablet: Try each one individually, you may only need one 🙂

• If using Google Chrome - Open the Google Play Store
• Select the three lines (☰) or your profile picture in the top right
• Select Manage Apps & Device
• Select Updates Available
• Look for Chrome in the list
• If it shows an update is available — select Update
• Wait for it to finish and try loading Solitaire Home Story again

Check for Android System Updates

• Settings → System → Software Update

Close ALL Extra Tabs & Apps When playing games on Pogo, it's best to keep only the Pogo website open. Gaming sites require significant resources to load and operate, particularly on a tablet, which can lead to memory strain.

• Look at the top of your Chrome browser
• Close every tab except Pogo
• Press your tablet's square/recent apps button and close all running apps
• This frees up memory for the game to run properly
• Try loading Solitaire Home Story again

Clear Chrome's Cache

• Open Chrome
• Select the three dots (⋮) in the top right corner
• Select Settings
• Select Privacy and Security
• Select Clear Browsing Data
• Make sure Cached Images and Files and Cookies are checked
• Select Clear Data
• Try loading Solitaire Home Story again

⭐There are two additional cleaning steps to consider:

• Open Chrome, Select → Settings → Site Settings → Storage → find Pogo.com → Clear & Reset
• This removes any corrupted Pogo-specific data that general cache clearing may miss

Clear the Tablet's Overall Storage/RAM Android tablets have a built-in storage cleaner. Older tablets accumulate "junk files" that clog the system that can affect how well the GPU can perform.

• Settings → Storage → Free Up Space or Clean Storage
• Also check: Settings → Device Care or Device Maintenance (name varies by Android brand)
• Clearing ALL Apps' Cached Data
• Settings → Storage → Cached Data → Clear
• This does a system-wide cache clean
• Particularly helpful on older tablets with limited storage

Toggle Hardware Acceleration

• Open Chrome
• Tap the three dots (⋮) in the top right corner
• Tap Settings
• Scroll down and tap Advanced
• Find Hardware Acceleration
• Switch it OFF if it's on — or ON if it's off
• Chrome will ask you to Relaunch 
• Try loading Solitaire Home Story again

Restart Your Tablet & Internet Router Completely:

Over time, both your tablet and router accumulate temporary data that can interfere with Pogo's graphics loading properly. Other websites may still work fine, but graphic-heavy games like Pogo are much more sensitive. Think of it like this — restarting the tablet cleans up your device's end and restarting the router cleans up your connection's end. Together they give Pogo the best possible chance of loading all graphics correctly and running smoothly.

These system checks aren’t just important for Pogo, they help keep our devices clean, updated, and secure.

• Apple released iPadOS 26.3, the latest update to the iPadOS 26 operating system, which includes bug fixes and security updates.
• Apple also released updates for older OS versions including iPadOS 18.7.5 for iPads not running the latest OS — meaning virtually every iPad user had a pending update available.

Thanks for reaching out about this issue. I think you are right that it has to do with the iPadOS 26.3 update which I updated to recently. I have tried to play Home Story in different browsers (DuckDuckgo, Safari, Firefox plus Google Chrome) and all with the same results. The game does not work properly in any on these browsers after update to iPadOS 26.3. I have seen that this update also cause problems with other gaming apps. Therefore I think it is probably a glitch on Apples side.

I can clearly see now that the pogo website name is in the center of your address bar, which is common for Apple devices, not Android.
