I am unable to purchase gems.

Pay Pal does not work either

Why can't I buy gems no error messages just says try again go to homepage

I have made several attempt to purchase gems from July 3-4...I have Paypal and they say I need to contact EA....ya-right-how?  The screen said somethings wrong, relaod and try again...so now I have 9 pending transactions.   I need help!  I hope POGO solves the problem, and I am not charged for them.

Be thankful that you can't purchase gems!  When you get charged 3 times for a single purchase, then you know things have gone bad.  Got the 2 extra charges taken off credit card but then all those purchased gems were removed from my acct.  So basically I paid for nothing.

I have been having this issue for several months now, I know the frustration. I have tried different cards and PayPal and nothing works. Hope you find a solution soon.

My Card was compromised so was issued a new card.  Tried to buy gems but card company asked if I purchased and said yes.  Tried again and again and says declined.  Becoming very frustrated as missed the gem sale.

I have the same problem. Not able to purchase with either debit or credit card but my card was just fine to purchase my annual subscription!!
