This is going on week 2 of Jungle Gin not working. I'm not sure what I'm paying pogo for.
Hello! Some players are affected because of Windows 10 ending, others are having various issues, and some are able to play. Timely implementation of fixes relies heavily on device input from players. Unfortunately, the low volume of submissions is contributing to delays.
💚 Patches on Pogo or any platform are developed based on device-specific input. Without it, fixes take longer.
🧡 The more data the developers have, the faster they can roll out targeted fixes.

this is getting ridiculous now 2 weeks and still can,t play jungle gin ,what am i paying for ,EAneed to sort this out .

ok. I reported that all was well BUT, it is now 10/18 and the problems have returned. POGO/EA needs to get their act together. I had 2 days of playing but now we are again back to NADA. Because there are so many complaints, this leads me to belie
ve that this is indeed a POGO/EA issue and not individual player problems. Thank you again.

same here. ok. I reported that all was well BUT, it is now 10/18 and the problems have returned. POGO/EA needs to get their act together. I had 2 days of playing but now we are again back to NADA. Because there are so many complaints, this leads me to believe that this is indeed a POGO/EA issue and not individual player problems. Thank you again.

Why hasn't jungle gin been fixed? This has been going on for some time now. We pay to play these games so we should at least get a reply as to what you ae doing to get it running correctly.
