Mahjong Sanctuary - Mix-n-Match Challenge - Make Combo X3 250 times in 3 weeks!Earn Mahjong Bridge Badge! - 223 of 250 I am trying to get this badge but I am not being credited with any new combos after 223, I am getting them and so is my husband but they are not showing as being credited, we know we are doing it right or we wouldn't of got 223, so pogo sort it out,. we have been trying now for about 5 days. We have tried 2 different computers and 2 different browsers. Does this mean I have lost this badge? I have 3 days left before time runs out then I lose the badge.

If it's remembering old information, it may not be passing along the new information. Another thing to try is to ensure your Third Party Cookies are enabled for the game. This makes sure there's no roadblocks in your browser updating our servers with your progress. @EA_Arrenai Have done what you have said and re-started my computer played the game and still the game has not updated my wins, time is running out and I am so close to winning this badge and it is getting on my nerves and I am nearly throwing this computer in the bin I am fed up with this now.

Let's see if we can figure this out.

First off, can you please try clearing your browser cache to see if it improves data transfer? If it's remembering old information, it may not be passing along the new information.

@Lindalou01 I have now lost that badge due to this problem. I am not happy and now completely fed up with pogo. This never used to happen before EA took over and I do not want to choose another challenge doing 150 3 x combos when it messes up like this one when I get to 223/250 and it will not let me get ant more ..... I did loads more I kept a record, and WHERE'S MY BADGE? I did everything you asked and still nothing, this does nothing to help the fact of staying at home situation.

@Lindalou01 I don’t know, I just know the version I’m running is 81 something. I don’t even know if updating it will do anything to help your issue, it might though. Good luck, I hope you get things worked out.

@Moogan1201 is correct in that the latest version is Version 81.0.4044.113. Updating it to the latest can help there.

As challenges can be time sensitive, particularly towards the end of a challenge, it can help a lot to reach out to EA Help as they can work with you through live chat, one on one.

Well here I am again deleted the version of chrome I had then downloaded the newer version that was available and I still get the same stuff NO LUCK - makes me wonder if any one else is having this problem - if not then why me? Hubby is having it too on my laptop, What else can I do? What other browser can I use - microsoft tells me to use Edge but Pogo does not use it.
