Level 12 Mahjong Sanctuary seems to be stuck. The bird comes on to let you know about the detective spy glass you click on it start to play and the bird comes back to say same thing. It is like it freezes from there. I have cleaned out all my cache and did everything that was suggested so far but still isn't letting me play that level or move on. If anyone has any suggestions it would be appreciated as I really like playing this game.

Same issue here, and have been receiving the same message for two weeks. Not able to move on 😠

I have had the same issue as well. Posted it on the forums, hoping Pogo_Sconnie would pick it up, along with other posters as well, but no luck thus far. Posted on EA/Help a month ago and nothing happened there either. At a total loss as to what to do to get this issue fixed. Missing out on events and marathons that have Mahjong Sanctuary in them. Does anyone know of another place to post this issue? Perhaps on Facebook if anyone can do that. I don't do Facebook or other social net working so perhaps someone who does can post it there and see if it will work. Thanks
