Hello, so I am a fairly new pogo user. I have been playing mahjong sanctuary, and i am stuck on level 12. when it shows you how to use detective, it will make me click detective let me match one tile and then redo the whole thing, but once it highlights detective again it wont let me press anything. this has been happening since last night and I cannot play the game at all even though I have active badges for it. I am tying desperately to figure out how to report this. I even have a video on my phone. wont let me upload here. I tried switching browsers and even computers. still doing the same thing. It truly is one of my favorites please help!

ALSO to add, I havent gotten enough stars to redo lower levels to get the badges I have activated, I have clear everything a couple times. nothing is working. I am really upset by this. Ive searched for about an hour now and cannot find a fix.
