Mahjong Sanctuary - New first try challenge not giving credit - level 2150

MS has a new first try challenge but the game has me repeating level 2150 over and over with no challenge credit. And if I go back and play old levels in order it still gives no credit. I wish EA Pog...

Could someone look into this please? Why keep offering these challenges when there are some that can’t play? I’ve been a member for many years. I’m not excited about handing money over annually to experience frustration.
