I was in level 1956 yesterday in the Asia Biome. I have 1 animal who did not get anything i got for them. No water, no food or a sleeping area. I used the 3 gems for the first one, then 4 and then 6 and they got the second animal and the baby but nothing else. What the heck. The game always runs slow. Has to catch up to me. And Gems are always having to be bought. That's not fair. Been a member for 20 years plus.
same for me, none of the upgrades show up.
Still waiting for the musk deer to have food, water, and a bed. Updated their little pen and have momma, daddy, and baby in there with nothing. Looks like I’ll be completing the zoo with animals that will starve to death, have no toys, no bed and no water…...
I finished the musk deer in Asia over a month ago but they still have no water, food, or a bed, just a toy.

Have same issue with goat!
A while ago, this game added the deer and goat and then I guess the POGO folks decided the goat should not have been introduced so they took it away. Unfortunately for me I bought stuff for the deer and goat but when the goat was removed, my game shows the deer is still there with no food, bed or water and the goat is still there with everything.
Now that they have added the goat, I tried buying additional stuff for the deer and while it says i have bought stuff, nothing shows up in the zoo. So my poor deer and her husband have no food, no bed, and no water……I don’t want to bring a baby into the mix because we all know how babies can be with no food, no sleep and no water. Poor momma and daddy will have a breakdown.
Please FIX the animal area in the latest majhong sanctuary zoo.
Water, food and bed disappeared about 3 weeks ago, for the Musk Deer. Asia biome.
Please fix, ASAP
Thank you😺
I HAVE REPORTED THIS PROBLEM TWICE ALREADY. I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED WATER, FOOD AND BEDDING FOR THE MUSK DEER ON MAHJONGG SANCTUARY IN THE ASIA BIOME. WHAT THE HELL DO YOU PEOPLE DO ALL DAY. I AM SERIOUSLY CONSIDERING DROPPING MY MEMBERSHIP AFTER 20+ YEARS.
Here for another problem in mahjong sanctuary. Today I was able to complete my goats in the Asia Biome so thank you Pogo. I still cannot open my red panda to start it. Also my musk deer still says it is complete but all the items I purchased for them are still missing. Like others here have said my musk deer only have the final flower?
Replying to my previous problem with Mahjong Sanctuary. This is not about receiving feathers or coins...I am playing the China one which is new. Still a problem with my Musk Deer and Goats but now I also noticed that I cannot play the area with the Red Pandas!
Same here plus I still don't have goats available to add stuff to. My Musk Deer are still without all my purchases for them. This has been going on for a month now!! Where is all this help we should be getting? I have also been with POGO for 20+ years. This is really sad....
