Hello! Sorry to hear multiple games are freezing up and causing an issue, this can indeed be very frustrating.

When games freeze or stall on our devices this is a sign of issues such as low memory, outdated software, corrupted cache, or interference from extensions or weak internet connection. It is not the website itself freezing.

Please try the following troubleshooting steps to help correct the issue:

Clear Your Browsers Cache and Cookies: Over time these files can become outdated, corrupted, or bloated and cause games to freeze or behave unpredictably.

High CPU or RAM Usage: Close any unnecessary applications running in the background that might be consuming resources. When your device runs out of available memory, games can freeze, lag, or stop responding because the browser doesn’t have enough resources to run them smoothly.

Check for Browser and System Updates: Running an outdated browser or operating system can cause games to freeze because newer game features may not be fully supported. Updating ensures everything runs smoothly and stays compatible.

Additionally, every month or few weeks I unplug my router to refresh the internet connection and clear out any temporary glitches that may be causing any connection issues.
