Matching Moments - Loading bar freezes

I’m trying to play on 2 iPads and one desktop.  My desktop has windows 7 so I’m sure that’s a problem.   While in chat many who have been able to play have said to clean your cache.  I have several windows/tabs open and I’m sure I’ll lose those if I clean my cache.  We have a MAC and this gamed loads and plays perfectly.  I can also play on my new IPhone 17.  So many people in the chat rooms are complaining about this game. Why have we been able to play for months and now this loading issue.  The loading process stops when you get to the load bar…and it doesn’t move …just freezes.  I’ve tried safari and chrome on my iPads and still the game won’t load.  Now this new poker game is doing the same thing.  I’ve been with pogo games for 20+ years and trying to get the help we need is almost nonexistent.

It could be for that device ihave05catsThe minimum requirements for Pogo games on Windows are Windows 10, so Windows 7 would have a hard time with Pogo.

The number of tabs you have open will remain the same; they won't autoclose, but the history will be cleared. So that might mean some of the pages open in the tabs will refresh, and on older sites, it might throw up an error message.

But if you want to keep the pages you've opened on those tabs, what you could do is bookmark them. That way, you can load them up from your bookmarks and won't need to worry about losing them when you clear out your browser cache.

The same goes for sites where you are signed in. Clearing the cache will mean some websites won't remember your logged in, so before clearing your cache, if you're anything like me and you find it hard to keep track of your passwords, keep a notebook for yourself and jot down the email and password you use for the different websites so you can pop them back in after clearing the cache.

Clearing the cache does need to be done every now and again so updates can sync up. And it helps flush out old out-of-sync data that can clutter things up and throw a wrench in things running smoothly.

Ok, let's see if we can help it run there for you. Could you take a peek and see if the OS and Safari browser are up to date on the iPhone?
