Matching moments keeps crashing

abbycattx: I'm having trouble with this game as well, but not the same problem. I posted the problem a few days ago and still haven't heard anything. My $ is not regenerating properly, so I can only play 1 or 2 games on the same level. Which is not an easy level!!! I can't even try the special badge, because I can't win!!!

Game will not start when it does screen all black

This game will not load on my iPad or my iPhone I really like this game and upset that it won’t load 

On my Mac it simply doesn't load. Just a black screen. It's been that way since the special event badge was posted. I've been through all the "trouble shooting" steps multiple times. All software and browsers are up to date. It happens the same on multiple browsers. It seems to happen even more often in the overnight/early morning hours. In short...Houston, YOU have a problem. We as players don't.

why do y’all send us an email about how to contact tech support when it’s really just to a forum where no real answers are given? Instead we’re herded to yet another forum. It’s frustrating.

Matching Moments and Solitaire Home Story keep crashing, sometimesit doesn'teven open. I tried everything on my end still not working. I am a paying member.  This unfair to me.

that's the exact same level I started having issues on . . . I  make the first match and then the gems don't load properly so I cannot continue. Too bad, I really like this game. 

Matching Moments Glitched. As soon as I win the level, the game glitches. Objects populate from the top of the game downward, merge, disappear, and repeat. Tried on both Edge and Chrome, same result. 

Level 1625... I can only do 2 moves and then the gems start acting all wonky and won't go any further.

Hello! Sorry to hear the game suddenly stopped working for you. I double checked the game before replying to you and I was able to complete a level towards the Suprise Event Badge.

Before you give up on the badge, would you mind taking a moment to view the Pogo Troubleshooting Guide to see if this will help resolve the issue? At times our browsers and devices can be fussy and need a bit of cleaning and updating.
