Thank you for providing the information about your device Windows Edge and the screenshot of what you are seeing. this helps very much with troubleshooting steps. I am using Edge as well, so this should be able to load for you on your side 🙂
October and November 2025 has been very big months for technology overall and rather you are using Apple or Windows all of them are going through patches and updates. These updates are going to carrying on for a bit, so keep these troubleshooting steps in mind anytime you see Pogo acting a bit odd - even if it is one game, each of them are designed in their own unique way.
Here are a few troubleshooting steps to try specifically for Windows Edge. You may need to implement one or more of these system steps. Please attempt each step individually and then log back in to determine if the issue has been resolved:
Update Windows
- Click on the Start menu and open Settings
- Go to Update & Security > Windows Update
- Click "Check for updates" and install any available updates
- Restart the computer if required
Update Microsoft Edge (I can almost guarantee this will need updating)
- Open Edge and click on the three-dot menu
- Go to Help and feedback > About Microsoft Edge
- Edge will automatically check for and install any available updates
- Restart the browser when prompted
Clear browser data
- Open Microsoft Edge and click on the three-dot menu in the upper right corner
- Go to Settings > Privacy, search, and services
- Under "Clear browsing data", click "Choose what to clear"
- Select "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files"
- Click "Clear now"
- *There are several other ways to clean our device that you can find online as well.
Update graphics driver
- Press Windows key + X and select "Device Manager"
- Expand the "Display adapters" section
- Right-click on the listed graphics card and select "Update driver"
- Choose "Search automatically for updated driver software"
- Sometimes this updates on its own, at other times we need to update it
Disable extensions
- Open Edge and click on the three-dot menu
- Go to Extensions and disable all extensions
- Reload Matching Moments and see if it loads properly
Try InPrivate mode
- Open Edge and click on the three-dot menu
- Select "New InPrivate window"
- Navigate to Pogo.com and try loading Matching Moments
Internet & Connectivity Issues: A slow or unstable connection can prevent games from loading. Try "power cycling" your modem, this need updating/refreshing too! When you power cycle your router, it doesn’t just refresh the internet connection, it also clears out the cache (temporary memory) stored on the device.

Check firewall and antivirus settings: Ensure Pogo.com is allowed or whitelisted in Windows Firewall or any installed antivirus software.
There are several additional options you might consider, but this is a good starting point that I believe will assist in loading Matching Moments.
