Matching Moments not Loading

Yes…. Mine will load a game, but at that point it is frozen. Can not move any pieces.  I am able to do the story, collect gifts, etc., just can’t play any games! At least 2 weeks now. Using an iPad on Safari.

I am having the same issue.   The game worked fine up until about a week ago.  

I have done everything to get the game to load but it still won't load so I can attempt the badge.  I can't move forward to another badge until this one is completed.  What is going on?  I have been trying to get on for days.  The game loads to the front page but when clicking on the level, the game doesn't load.  I have cleared history and cashe to see if it helps, but it does the same thing.

I am currently experiencing the same issues. Any tips? I have badges due soon with matching moments. The game freezes and does not let me play after loading in.

I as well as many others it appears, are having this same problem of Matching Moments loading but then cannot move any pieces. Seems like it must be a problem with the game so would be helpful if this was fixed by the company rather than sending everyone down the rabbit hole with stuff to check, download, etc.

Same issue. Everyone else here logs in and plays. Mine says cannot load

Yes, it’s doing the same thing solitaire home story is doing.  Now i have 2 games that won’t load

i have widows 8.1 can not afford another computer how do i fix my game

Loads up, but when I get to the actual game, freezes and won't let me move pieces or do anything else.

I have tried everything for past few days and the game will not load. Can enter game and collect freebies for day, but once I press “play,” it stalls.

Help! Have games to win and pogo points and gems to earn!
