Every time I try to exit merge academy it does not save my progress. Tried different browsers, refreshing etc. Please can this be looked into as it's really frustrating.
I have 4 times had to replay merge academy to get back where I was. I hit quit and save but it only saves if I stay in merge academy room. If I go to any other game it does not save my progress even though I hit quit and save. I spent 6 hours playing the game and only going backwards on progress and even losing a sticker from my accumulated sticker book. I pay for membership and yet all I get is games that don't work right and I lose out on many of the perks. I had gotten the 4th artifact and something happened and the artifact stayed on the board and from that point on my game was unable to save. I am not finding it fun to play a game that even though you earned things you won't get to have them because of a pogo programming issue. I think before my membership renews I am going to take my credit card off. No since in having a membership and paying for something that does not even work. It is just way to frustrating to have these issues over and over happen. The sticker book is ridiculous because many people say they have never gotten it, not even close. I am beginning to think the only people who can complete the sticker books are people who buy extra energy. So far anyone in lobby who said they got the sticker book also says they bought extra energy. Hours of time spent playing, lots of energy won for getting to 5000 turns , another 250 energy for finishing a page in the sticker book and getting a joker hat with it and had gotten my 105th sticker. ALL GONE, BECAUSE MY GAME WON'T SAVE EVEN THOUGH i AM HITTING QUIT AND SAVE. HAVE TRIED MULTIPLE TIMES OF SAVING AND NEVER DID IT SAVE. SO LIKE 570 SOMETHING ENERGY GONE, A STICKER GONE, THE JOKER HAT GONE. I GET NOTHING!!!!!!!! VERY UPSET AND FRUSTRATED.
