Why do you have this marked solved when clearly it isn't
Good question. Totally get why it's not super obvious why I've marked that post as the solution.
At the moment, the only way I can pin a post to the top of a thread so everyone can find the info I share in the post quickly and easily is to mark it as the solution. Unfortunetly, doing so also gives the thread a 'solved' status. To help make it clear that this isn't solved, I've included the following callout at the top of my post to help signal this is not considered solved , and is only being pinned for visbility purposes:

Even so, I totally get how it could be confusing to see the 'Solved' status. There isn't another way right now to pin a post without the 'Solved' status getting partnered with it. We're hoping to add a separate way of pinning posts that doesn't require using the 'Mark as Solution' option in the future, which should help for again.
