Merge Academy - Softlocked at Chapter 4

I'm experiencing the same problem.  I have just started chapter 4 and cannot do anything.  I'm also unable to play the limited event game

Having the same problem. Put in a ticket and have gotten no response. Was unable to complete last weeks challenge or still unable to work on completing the spin to win challenge. Very frustrating!!

Still unable to play,  WHEN will this problem be resolved????

I leveled up to Chapter 4, September 14th, it's been 8 days and I can't play, collect 12 hour rewards or buy energy or gems. I have posted on the forums and submitted a help ticket. I missed out completing last weeks Merge Challenge. I only needed to complete one more order to finish. I can't complete the Spin To Win challenge that I am already in the process of playing. This is unacceptable. Can someone fix this issue? I am not the only one who has experienced this. 

I'm having to same problem. I finished chapter three and now it's stuck. I can't play merge or the event and can't  collect any rewards. This is my favourite game and I spend a lot of money playing it. Please get this fixed.

I also am having the same problem with Merge Academy, especially when there is a timed challenge or badge to be earned. It seems I cannot get into the game 3/4 weekends. Can someone please explain and fix!!?! nightshiftvixen3_AOL.

Same problem here.  Finished Chapter 4, Chapter 5 unlocks, then the game freezes.  Can't collect rewards, play the Treasure Trove, or access the game at all!  So frustrating.  I also spend way too much money on this game.  I love it!  Trying to be patient, but it sure would be nice to get some sort of response from Pogo about what's being done here.

Thank you EA Lanna!  It's very nice to hear that Pogo is aware and we have been heard!!  I love Merge Academy and really look forward to being able to keep merging.  Woot!!

Really appreciating you addressing this.  Been locked out of Merge Academy since September 16.  have been missing so much.  This is my favorite game and enjoy seeing the graphics -- enjoy collecting the items from the map as well.  Hope they are building up for those of us who cannot get into their next levels.  Thanks again for all your support - porkchophill53
