Merge Academy - stuck with all high level merges

Hello! Yes, those higher end items can be a bit time consuming.

We acquire new customers daily - however, some of these new customers may request items that are essential for fulfilling those larger orders. Do not fulfill any orders that include the components required to complete the larger orders for other customers.

I would not use any energy for Apple items unless they are required, concentrate only on the items needed for the larger orders to stop the buildup of those time-consuming orders.

"How can we have these refresh or be removed so we can complete requests/orders?"

At this time, we are unable to refresh our customers, we must assist them and ensure their orders are fulfilled.

You have my sympathy.  I went through a spate of those, it was weeks of high end potions (actually still have 2 in m  orders as we speak).  As abbycattx said, try not to fill lesser orders, just keep plugging away at the higher end items.  I find it annoying when I'm trying to fill a higher order and the lesser orders blinks in the upper left corner, wanting me to complete it.  To avoid that, I move one item of the order to my storage cabinet, then take it back out when I have generated another of the same to merge with it.  Otherwise, there isn't much for it except patience and persistence.
