Merge Academy and Farm

These games plus Monopoly Suuafgo will not load and when they do, they are running super slow. Also on Merge Academy I have items overlapping other items and I can not get them to merge or go to the trash. I had taken my computer last week to make sure it is running correctly and add more RAM to it to make it faster. After 250 bucks it has not improved on the Pogo site. I have been a member since 2001 and this is very frustrating to the point of thinking cancelling my subscription which is coming up for renewal the end of August. Tell me what the problem is and what fix are you working on! Thank you
