Hello and thanks for reaching out. I double checked the game on my side, and it is currently working as designed on the Pogo website.
Being that Pogo is a browser-based gaming site, white screens or loading issues can be narrowed down to a few issues and system checks needed.
Browser’s cache or cookies are corrupted (multiple ways to clean/clear, please search different ways online for your specific device)
Browser extension is interfering (detailed posting here > Browser Extensions)
Graphics driver or Hardware acceleration is failing (why we see odd screens while gaming > Pogo Graphics Guide)
Browser security settings blocking content (ensure Pogo is on your whitelist on your Security settings)
Outdated browser version or system (as detailed below by Community Manger EA_Lanna)

On the main page of Pogo Forums we can find Announcements and News & Current Issues, this is the best place along with reading the Pogo Blog to find the latest news and information. Currently there are no service announcements on Merge Academy.
