Merge Academy Freezing, Dropping Purchases

I purchased Energy for Merge Academy and they never registered. 100 gems lost. How do I get this resolved?

Finished the Witchcraft section and it did not award the energy or coins. Please fix

I completed one book IN Merge Academy and did not receive my coins or energy reward.  It's hard enough to try to get these done and disappointing when you don't receive what you worked towards. 

I have the exact same problem except it was coral secrets.  Twice I purchase 1000 energy for 180 gems.  360 gems was taken from my account  but I did not receive the 2000 energy for my purchase.  I checked my gem transactions and it shows twice I  did this purchase but the date is very wrong.

Does anyone know specifically where I can start my case.  I have been looking here for at least 45 minutes.

Trying this again.  I am going to pursuit a class action lawsuit again them.  They have stolen from me for the last time and closing tickets as no solution.  I have the proof printed and saved.  Sorry they stole your money too.  My nephew is an attorney and he will let me know who to contact to get it closing.

I am trying to find an attorney as this is not the first time they refused to help or offer any kind of comp back to me.  Tired  of my money being stolen time and time again.  I am hoping to try to get an attorney to start a  class action suit against them  and to include Pogo.  I am emailing my nephew who is an attorney to see who I can contact as they have robbed me for the last time.  I may lose but they will have to pay for their legal side too so I will be satisfied if I cost them their time and money as well.  I already have the proof already ready to go alone with other tickets they closed as unfixable without any

I just one of their albums and had over 300 plus lighting power ups but was out of cargo and when I came back it was right back to 80. Has anyone else had this problem?

I did not have purchases disappear, however, my earned energy from the main game disappeared & it won't save & is frozen. This place is ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!!!
