Merge Academy level 4 frozen
I reached level 4 in Merge, but none of the links work. When level 4 opens, it's frozen and I haven't been able to play for 4 days now. Merge was working fine until I hit level 4.

Also tried Chrome...same problem
No DxDiag file attached; no error message, only a white screen.
I have cleared history and cache and restarted computer and router.
I am also having problem with Merge. I only get a blank screen. I am not happy with this issue. never had any problem with ea before.
The game loads without any problem. When you hover the mouse over the start button, there is no arrow. to click to load the board, receive the gifts or access the store. The same with the treasure trove game. This all started after I completed chapter 3. Today there is daily game which can't be completed
Hello! I am sorry to hear that and thank you for trying some of the troubleshooting steps. Let's try and figure this out. When you attempt to load the game, what are you seeing - is there an error message or is the screen a different color?
I am experiencing the same issue. I cleared Cache & cookies and this didn't work. I have a desktop computer with windows 11 & I used edge. I have the same problem on my tablet. I have not been able to play Merge for over a week. I am unable to complete the bingo board as I am unable to play Merge. I also had purchased the 4x and it expired, because of this issue.

Anytime there are updates to the website we need to clear our Cache and Cookies
Why? The language has changed. Clearing cache and cookies ensures our browser loads the latest version of the site and resets any conflicting data. Pogo is a browser-based gaming site and relies heavily on our browser settings and stored data to function properly.
Give this a try and if you are still having issues please reply back with the device and browser you are using.

Abbycattx: TYSM for your response. I went back and found out how to get a DxDiag file. I didn't need to submit anything. As I reviewed it, I saw that there was an error in my graphics driver. So, I spent about an hour looking for the update to the driver. I then downloaded it and the game works just fine now! Just goes to show that even though my device (laptop) is brand new the manufacturer may not have set it up completely. Again, Thanks so very much I really appreciate the time you take to help all of us. You're an angel! 😇
