Merge Academy not Loading

I don't think it matters to Pogo when we post our problems.  It seems they do temporary fixes and then the same problems occurs again, over and over.

Have tried everything .  This is a recurring problem, happens quite frequently, especially when new levels are announced or there is a challenge.

"I cannot pull these games up whenever it is the game of the day.  Have lost out on 200 pogo's.  Please fix."

Browsers store information on our devices, if you were playing a couple of days ago and something was added to the game, our devices may treat the mismatch as suspicious activity and block the game from loading. Clearing your cache and cookies removes the expired data so the updated game can load correctly.

The first thing I must say is that every game on Pogo is designed differently and our devices handle them differently. Currently the game is loading and playing as designed on Pogo, so here are a few additional troubleshooting steps: 

• Clear site data specifically for pogo.com (Not just the general browser cache)
• Disable browser extensions temporarily
• Ad blockers, VPNs, and certain privacy or antivirus tools can interfere with ability to load properly.
• Make sure JavaScript and pop‑ups are enabled for Pogo
• Power Cycle your modem, turn it on and off - this actually fixes a surprising number of issues because it resets the entire network path. This is like a computer itself, needs cleaning and updating from time to time.

I cannot pull these games up whenever it is the game of the day.  Have lost out on 200 pogo's.  Please fix.

This happens to me very often.  I can go up to 5 days and not get in.  Thank goodness this time I am not in a challenge.  However, today's daily won't be able to get completed.  I love Merge Academy and will play it as my first choice, I am bummed.  Please fix this

This problem is ongoing.  Merge Academy won't load.  It seems like every time they add new levels or have a challenge for the game, it won't load.  Sometimes it won't load for up to 5 days.  I don't know why Pogo keeps making challenges for games that do not work properly.  Very aggravating paying for Pogo and constantly having problems with games not working properly.
