Hello! Sorry to hear the game is not loading fully for you and thank you for providing a screenshot and device details. I double checked the game before replying to you and it is loading the Main Game, Coral Secrets and Sticker Book currently on the site.

Windows recently released new driver updates that are important for gaming performance. These updates are rolled out gradually based on region and device model, so you may receive yours today, as I did or sometime in the next few hours or days.

Please take a moment to check for device updates.

Since your device has both Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge installed, each browser must be updated and cleaned individually. This means you’ll need to open Chrome and update/clear it, then repeat the same steps in Edge. Updating or cleaning one browser does not update/clean the other, this will also help with performance.
