Hello! Sorry to hear Merge Academy is not loading for you, no fun. There could be a variety of reasons why a game fails to load on our devices.
Common Causes and Troubleshooting:
Outdated browser: Outdated versions can cause loading issues. Please ensure your device is up to date.
Browser cache conflicts: Old cookies or cached files prevent the game from initializing. Try clearing your cookies and cache, this gives our devices a clear and clean path to speak with Pogo servers.
