It is stuck on this page, I can't click whatever it supposedly pointing to. I can't complete the level I just finished. I have logged out, logged back in, refreshed the page. It started 2 days ago.

Hello! Ok so you are using Windows & Firefox - what exactly is happening in your situation?
Recently, when I load the game, the screen loads up. As soon as I click on something, everything except the side toolbar freezes and won't let me do anything else. Not sure what is going on. I've tried reloading my system, and even tried contacting EA over the phone and can't get any answers. Someone please help.
