Merge-sticker album

I too have had this problem. I really like the game. I am short 6 stars of completing the sticker album.  You can open envelope after envelope and only get duplicates. I am sad to say I have spent lots of money to get more and more energy to try and get the stickers I need to finish but that is not going to happen its to late to finish the album which is unfair that they have not fixed this problem.

I was able to complete 6 albums but since then, I've only got ONE new card. It's been three weeks and I play a few times during the day. Sometimes, it seems like you purposely make it so someone not spending money on gems loses. Same thing with Matching Moments - seriously I have to win 10 games to fix a bureau and without buying boosters it might take playing ONE level 7-15 times?? Ridiculous. I like the game but have decided it's not worth wasting my time. I've been a paying member since 2009, before then...I played for several years. I think I liked the simplicity in the past more than the issues we have now. Thank you. 

Nothing to add except that I've had the same issue.  Multiple packs of the highest level sticker packets and getting only duplicates.  I'm 3 away from completion myself.  I've quit even trying,  as there are only a couple of days left and like all other problems here, most likely won't be resolved in time to make any difference.
