Yes,, lost 40 gems before I realized there was no Purchase.. alwasys goes back to the beginning of the the game.. fix it and return my gems...

Yes, lost a lot of my purchases and it keeps starting over too. Very frustrating, wish they would fix these glitches

EA_Lanna I have the same issue. The response from POGO above, says you can't have more than one tab open. That is not the issue. I should receive the 2,000 tokens that I paid 360 gems for. Losing them after closing out. I understand that it was a glitch, but after being with Club Pogo for almost 24 years, I am seriously trying to decide if I should cancel. I'm retired and on extremely limited income. To stay or not to stay is on my mind. Thanks, but I am pretty aggravated

I am. When you leave it resets back to the beginning., They need to fix this.

it has eaten well over 150 tokens. Go off and come back on and you have to start over!

It happened to me yesterday. Purchased in-game, coins taken, and now I'm back to square one with the coins still being removed!

This has happened to me a few times now and only on the computer. I can't access anything on the phone. It's also groundhog day in the mining mini-game. Every time I log back in, I have to start back over, it's really frustrating.
