Missing Pottery wheel in the Merge coal mine

With the issues in the coal mine we had with the game restarting my pottery wheel is missing. I am not able to complete the orders.

Oh ok, thanks for sharing that. If there are others running into the same issue, it would really help if they could add their details to this thread as well, including the info I listed above. I can gather examples shared in here and raise a report. The more examples I can reference from here and the info I can share, the better I can help reflect how many players may be impacted. If you’re able to point others to this thread and the info I’m collecting, I’d really appreciate it.

It is not just me, it is multiple users. If you went into the game chat you would see how many people it's affecting. I don't think I need to send screen shots or additional information since it is a known issue that hasn't been resolved. Its been going on since the changes on Monday.

Lanna, this has been going on for three days and still isn't fixed. When will it be fixed? Will we be given additional days for the quest to make up for 3 days of it not working??

  Lanna, day four and no response and still not working! What, if anything is being done and when will it be resolved? Should all of your customers just give up?

Same issues as everyone else. Username: vlcroteau No Pottery wheel so stuck on third order of Treasure Trove. The first day it came out, no progress was being saved. Need more time to complete since nothing worked the first day. Orders take too long to complete making finishing the special events impossible to finish. Microsoft Edge on laptop, could not even play on android phone until the following day.
