New laptop Jungle gin opponents games will not load

When I try to load opponents game it spins and wont load

using edge

Same here. Brand new MacBook with the latest version of all. Can't load Jungle Gin. Has to be a problem on EA Game's end. I don't understand how they can respond with "resolved" when so many on all different platforms are having the same problem.
