Not receiving coins in Merge Farm Valley
I've been playing for a few days and making my orders to receive coins. However, they are not going towards my total coins. I've been stuck on 98 coins for a few days. Help please.
Hello! Sorry to hear you are not seeing coins appear after completing orders that is a bit peculiar.
To clarify we will see:
- Coins appear in the top‑left
- Energy appears in the top‑middle
- Gems appear in the top‑right
From reading a few posts, I see this game has had a few updates recently. Would you mind taking a moment and trying a few steps to help clear this issue up?
- Log out of Pogo completely (don't just X out the screen & make sure you have all passwords written down)
- Clear your browser’s cache and cookies: This removes old or corrupted game files that can prevent the newest version of the game from loading correctly.
- Check for browser and system updates: Updates improve performance, fix bugs, and ensure your device supports the latest features. Since the game has had a few updates recently, this helps make sure everything is properly in sync.
- Consider using another browser: This helps you see whether the issue is specific to one browser’s settings or configuration. At times issues only appear in one browser. Switching helps determine whether the problem is browser‑specific.
- Try playing in the PWA (Progressive Web App) Pogo’s downloadable PWA, available on the homepage. This can offer a more stable experience than a standard browser tab.
