Merge Academy Generators not Working

I am right there with you. They owe me the final chest from Treasure Trove a couple of weeks back and then the guaranteed 5 star card for the last 5 I need in the 300 star chest but of course it didn't happen either. This is the first time since the side game started that I didn't spend money. Every time I even consider it I just have to come in here and see all the Merge Academy complaints about not getting what they are owed cures me. My subscription is up in May and I will not renew. EA Sports doesn't care about the players or they would still have customer service that you could reach out to. Good Luck getting what your owed. I didn't and I've written many times with not one person trying to rectify the situation. POGO forum is a joke.

Once again I am not getting the pottery wheel in Treasure Trove/Merge Academy.  Another post says it was resolved, but it is not for me.  I have six of the 9 columns cleared, tons of the anchor because I can't get past making the simple cup to move on to the other orders.  I keep hoping, but days have passed.  I work, so I likely will not get the complete board done, but previously the first few orders were able to be completed.  I don't have the pottery wheel to complete the current one.  Unfortunately one of the tiles uncovered a bowl, which is a piece after the cup.  Can this be fixed, or can you tell me how to get it?
