payment info missing on pogo and 1 month early renewal

One month of subscription was removed on family accounts and it is now a month earlier than it should be. It says its ending and doesn't have recurring charges because payment info is missing. If you click to edit it the card is there as well as on EA games profile but on the pogo main account page it's missing. My account has the card there but doesn't have a renewal date at all so I have no idea if mine will even renew. There is a topic about this in pogo forums but nothing in here under technical. A family member posted but can't find the post, it was moved under general and it got buried. What is going on?? There clearly is a problem because our family accounts aren't the only ones mentioning this issue. One of our accounts is going to be up in a few days so it would be nice to know this is being investigated. Can't even remove the card it says "error you can only remove this payment instrument once the subscription has ended" This is a yearly renewal and you should be able to edit the card not hold it hostage. This is ridiculous!

  • I am having the same issue as are MANY MANY Pogo members. Why is this not being addressed and fixed by EA? No update here or on the Pogo site.

    @EISNER13le I've posted in both posts like you have on EA. I'm pretty sure you also posted in the pogo forums like I did. Pogo sconnie said looking into it but no updates. I included screenshots on the other post here in EA that the moderator replied to but marked as solved. It's not solved. I like a few others have tried correcting this issue but it made no difference. It says not applicable for recurring charges on my pogo account page. I have 5 family accounts with 4 having problems. The 4 that did have this error have Visas as their method of payment, so I'm not sure if thats what you have or if its relevant somehow. 1 of the family accounts is showing as recurring but it doesn't have a renewal date so we don't know when its set to renew and the method of payment is Mastercard.

  • @B3041 Yes you're right I did post on the pogo forums as well. Believe I saw your posts too. The radio silence on this from EA and on the Pogo site is frustrating. No word on what the problem is, no word on acknowledging the problem and no word when/if it will be fixed. Is it that hard to update us on this problem which we know they're aware of. NOT GOOD.

    @B3041 Thanks for posting on another thread that the issue was fixed. I just checked my account and it's fixed as well. Thank you Pogo and EA. Take care have fun playing Pogo!
