payment info missing on pogo and 1 month early renewal
One month of subscription was removed on family accounts and it is now a month earlier than it should be. It says its ending and doesn't have recurring charges because payment info is missing. If you click to edit it the card is there as well as on EA games profile but on the pogo main account page it's missing. My account has the card there but doesn't have a renewal date at all so I have no idea if mine will even renew. There is a topic about this in pogo forums but nothing in here under technical. A family member posted but can't find the post, it was moved under general and it got buried. What is going on?? There clearly is a problem because our family accounts aren't the only ones mentioning this issue. One of our accounts is going to be up in a few days so it would be nice to know this is being investigated. Can't even remove the card it says "error you can only remove this payment instrument once the subscription has ended" This is a yearly renewal and you should be able to edit the card not hold it hostage. This is ridiculous!
