Hi there,
Unfortunately this did not help. I was so hoping it would. I completly deleted my cache and retarted my computer. As I said before I have tried to get to a game screen in Mahjong Sanctuary for over a month. I have tried on three different computers, trying three different operating systems AND my husband can play it under his account without issue on the same three computers so I know it is not an issue on my end. I will include screen shots from today. I hope you can help me fix this problem and I thank you for your efforts thus far.

I've passed on that the update didn't solve the issue you've been running into. I've not heard back yet, but I have bumped it again.
If I hear back with any recommendations or updates, I'll pop into this thread and let you know.
