Anyone else having issues with chat... I am getting only ####. I am.not banned and ea closed my ticket saying no resolution

Thanks for sticking with us while we worked on this. Pogo Chat should now be restored.
To help things sync up, try: 1️⃣ clearing your browser's cache and cookies > 2️⃣ closing down all tabs and windows > 3️⃣ then relaunching the browser to log back in.

It has been almost a month since the hashtag disaster started. That doesn't speak well of Pogo's technical team. If you get rid of all the hashtag censoring it should solve the problem. It is easy to see how novice techs going in and out of the program redefining censored words can foul up the program. The sloppy mouseovers can foul it up too. Good luck with the repairs.
some can chat with no hashtags and others cannot- about a month now and so frustrating - cant even type hello or hi
I also am having Hash tag issues in chat. Every word i type is a hash tag. If this continues will drop my account.

WTG Pogo. For some reason I had to type a few lines of hashtags before I started getting text. You really need to get rid of all the hashtags, but I will take what I can get. I am glad to be back.
My Chat is still not working. I received a message saying chat was fixed but mine isn't.

Folks, I'll close this thread here, as it's clear the fix sorted it for many, which is wonderful news. I'll move the two reports of this issue continuing for some into a new thread, so we can start tracking fresh reports more easily in the meantime.
