Pogo Claire Hart Classic Daily Challenge Not Counting

I am having the same problem.  This game hasn't worked for me for several weeks.    Cannot finish the challenge unless this is fixed.

There is only 6 days left of the spin to win event, and I STILL can't get into claire hart secrets and shadows! Not fair. HELP!!!!!

I have been trying to playing Claire Hart Secrets since October, including during badge events, and buying claire hart badges (also in badge events, especially the recent merit badge event, where I bought the bonus badge thinking it would be a good way of finishing the event, only to discover I couldn't actually play the game, which is SO UNFAIR), and yet there is no way of playing it. This is unfair for events AND daily challenges, as well as the badges I've purchased. In point of fact, the spin to win event has this game on it, and since I can't play, I lose 2 chances to spin for extra power ups or pogis.

 And yet, despite the amount of time that has elapsed since the problem first started, there is still no solution from the pogo techs, and, based on the most recent pogo blog, they are not even working on it. How many complaints do I and others have to make for the techs at pogo to fix an on going problem? And there is no way to talk to a pogo tech about it that I have found.

FOR THE TECHS KNOWLEDGE: I have checked that all requirements for playing online at pogo are met by my computer, and there is no problem there. Is doesn't even matter which web browser I use, the same problem occurs. If it is any help,  pogo released a free episode shortly before the problem began, and I believe, though I'm entirely certain, only about 95% certain, after I tried to load that new episode just before the problem occurred, or possibly when the problem occurred. Perhaps the problem springs from this episode?

Hello! Currently there are two episodes under investigation for Claire Hart Secret and Shadows Case 44 and Case 45. Currently there have are no report of episodes not loading for Claire Hart Classic.

If you are not speaking of Claire Hart Secret and Shadows Case 44 and 45, there could be a few reasons why you are experiencing loading issues, here are some steps you can try to correct the issue:

Clear your browser cache and cookies
Old or corrupted cached files can conflict with new game data, leading to incomplete loading or sudden freezes. How this helps: Clearing cache removes outdated data so the browser can load fresh assets without errors!

Update your browser and device
Outdated browsers may not support the latest game scripts or graphics rendering, causing compatibility issues that result in a variety of issues. How this helps: Updating ensures our devices have a clear pathway to speak with Pogo servers.

Update graphics drivers (Laptop/Desktop only)
Graphics drivers control how your hardware processes visuals. Outdated drivers can misinterpret or fail to render complex animations, leading to stuttering, crashes, etc. ➡️ As gamers we need to look for updates at least once a month, visiting the graphics card vendor’s website to get updates is best.

Additionally, you can try to Disable Browser Extensions. Ad blockers or other extensions can sometimes interfere with game graphics or try a different browser.

Hello! Sorry to hear your progress is not counting for you. This was also mentioned in Pogo Forums by other players - as Mod_Kyra  and others suggested "You need to click the Resume game instead of clicking individual chapters to receive credit."

Please also ensure you are playing the Claire Heart Classic

I am also not getting credit in Claire Hart classic todays daily challenge!!

I am not getting credit either - Have played numerous chapters but not getting credit for any of them - even tried new ones but still havent.- should have already received badge.

This isn't my problem, and I hope you get yours fixed.  I just can't figure out how to start a thread on here since they've changed all this from the regular forum.

My QUESTION is that when playing Clare Hart classic, I can't find out what the power ups mean.  I've used a couple of them, but I've used others that don't appear to do anything.  Nowhere on the game site can I find this basic information.

This weekend marks the second month that this game IS NOT WORKING. Not only will it not finish loading, but it keeps saying that it cannot load my episode, and tells me to refresh, which I do, not that that helps in the least. I'm starting to get very peeved at the game, especially since it means I cannot participate in certain badge challenges, especially the limited time ones, like the merit badge event we had recently, and now the spin to win event, not to mention numerous daily challenges. PLEASE FIX THIS SOON.
