It's been down for the last day or so. It's not loading for anyone I don't think. I've been getting the 5604 timed out error page since yesterday evening. For whatever reason it happens once or twice a year. It's their servers that are having an issue...probably "overwhelmed" is what I've been hearing. A lot of "technical stuff" has been getting updated after heavy rollouts with big updates and security changes etc etc, blah blah blah (LOL) by Apple and others for everything it seems like. The new macOS Tahoe upgrade is really having issues since it came available. I kept the most current version of macOS Sonoma 14.7.8 on my MacBook because upgrading to their new ones is always a nightmare for awhile. But I noticed that I have a software update available for macOS 14.8.1 as well as a Safari. I have Safari 18.6 that I updated to this summer but now they're wanting Sonoma users to update to Safari 26!!! That's insane! Going from safari 18 to the latest safari 26 update is wreaking havoc if you are keeping Sonoma. Apple says it's compatible with Sonoma's current version but the Safari 26 update is not working well with people who kept sonoma 14.7.8. Every tech article I've read the last couple of days is telling people not to download and install the Safari 26 update unless you are upgrading to macOS Tahoe along with it. I'll just live with some of the issues Apple's security and updates are causing right now....when there's a more stable version, I'll update my MacBook then. Anyhoo, long story longer....I think our Apple devices are always going to have issues on Pogo. Why, I'll never know! I've also noticed that Pogo Slots is not loading this morning either. I can load everything else except that and the games forum, but it'll come back up. Trust me, it is NOT your iPad, iPhone, MacBook, iMac or anything with your browser!!! Whether it's Safari, Chrome, or Firefox -- it is 100% for sure, their servers. I've seen it happen a million times. Clearing caches, history, website data etc will NOT fix it. It's on Pogo's end. Do you remember when they used to shut the site down for a few hours for maintenance once a week? Well, 504 Timed Out error would always pop up for a little bit right when the site would come back up. Used to make me crazy LOL I finally went down a rabbit hole a few years ago to figure out what the 502 and the 504 webpage errors were and what they meant. They'll get it back up soon (I hope! I need help with a couple of things.) Last but not least, you wouldn't be "banned" from the games forum without being notified. That's a really big thing for them to do anyway, so unless you posted a comment or reply that they "deleted because it's against the rules," you would get a little message and a nice warning, but definitely not get banned. You would have to say or do something pretty awful for that to happen. Have a good day and keep your fingers crossed, the Pogo site and all its glitches will be ironed out in the next few days (I hope so anyway! The site is super glitchy this week, like super super!) Maybe the global internet nightmare last Monday with Amazon is still causing some issues for websites and their servers??
