Thank you for your time, I would like to inform you that in normal scenario usually these thing does not happen. I have also checked this with my team and I am going to record the issue as bug to our game team. Our team will investigate the bug and will fix it ASAP if there is any issue on our end

➡️ There is an invoice, aka order number. We can look at it two ways: Our home accounts of EA Help look like this, with transaction numbers (some numbers blurred for privacy)
On Pogo, under Gem Transactions it looks like this (no transaction number)
What they are looking for here are multiple transaction numbers for the same thing.

The final notes the agent said was it has been reported, so they have passed it on to the Pogo team for attention and review, which is good!
