Pogo: Missing Gems, Content and Power‑ups

I've made numerous Gem Bundle purchases and none of the powerup/boosts are being issued in the games. Has anyone else experienced this?

I did not receive my 50 energy units from the daily bonus, and I did not receive my 20 energy units from the Celyth Heartroot Pogis pick a reward. I should have an additional 70 energy units, which I did not receive.

I am using a desktop computer, running Windows 11 on the EDGE browser.

In this morning's Spin to Win, I won 20 Merge Academy energies. However, when I went to play the game, I did not receive them (I assume because I currently had 100). That should not make any difference. I tried rebooting to see if they would show up, but they didn't. This needs to be fixed. I should not be penalized simply because the game refilled the energy overnight!
