- oh! hey its back up! thx
For 2 weeks i am unable to play Merge Academy. I get are you still playing while game is supposed to be loading. Help!

Can you try going through the following steps and let us know if you continue running into issues after?
- Restart your device and modem/router then try to load your game
- Clear your Cache/Cookies (<-- link)
- Check your Device (<-- Link) for updates, Check for Browser (<-- link) Updates
- Try with your Browsers Incognito/Private Mode (This may require you to manually sign in)
If you continue to run into issues Please Let us Know:
- Screenname:
- Device Make/Model:
- Which Web Browser (and Version) is being used:
- Are you getting an Error Message? (If so what is it)

I have done everything that you suggested and I still can't Merge Academy to work. It will allow me to collect but when I try to play it will not and when I go back to it it repeats everything I have done.
any suggestions?

Thanks for taking a moment to let us know what you're running into with Pogo Games, When you have a moment could we start by giving the following steps a try?
- Try restarting your device and potential your internet equipment
- Clear your Web browser Cookies/Cache
- Check if your device has updates, as well as your web browser
- Try using your browser Incognito Mode... This may require you to manually sign in
- Try downloading and using a different web browser (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Firefox)
Also, make sure your device meets the Requirements (<-- click here) to play POGO games. If you continue running into issues playing your games, Would it be possible to get the following information?
- Screenname:
- What Device are you using?
- Which web browser do you play on?
- Do you get an error message at all?

I am experiencing an issue with Merge Academy also. I get nothing, just a blank black screen and nothing ever loads. Have been trying for months now and it simply doesnt load. I get no messages whatsoever but every other POGO game works properly for me.
Hello,
since Merge Academy came out I have never been able to play it. I click on the game to start playing and the screen simply turns black. No error message or anything to rectify the issue, just a blank black screen. This is the only game that I have issues with and every other game loads and plays as they should.

I have done all of the things mentioned and still no joy. Also, If that was the problem there would be more than one program acting up, surely.
I did read soewhere that Merge Academy wasnt open to all players and thats what I assumed in the beginning and hoped that it would figure itself out or at least POGO would.
Anyway, below is the information requested.
Every other game works fine.
