Poker Town - Season Pass - Can't collect Rewards - Error

I clicked to buy in 3 or 4 times!   I thought oh it didn't register so tried again... didn't know it was eating my Gems!   I spent 450 gems... I don't know if I even got 150 back.    Unfortunately the neglect from EA teams on getting help with ANYTHING  is prompting me to close my account next renewal.   But I know although I buy 2 or more big pkg of gems a month I am only one person... so they won't miss my purchases..  Who knows when a bunch of my friends and family also leaves... they might feel a bit of a bite!   Whatever!   

I am having the same experience with Poker Town. When will this be corrected and will I get my 150 gems back for the season awards??? This is frustrating to say the least. I am a Pogo member for 20 years!!!!

This is now day 5 for the Season tab malfunctioning. Nobody can claim their rewards. Please, can anyone fix it?

I have not purchased the season pass but I still cannot claim the rewards that re showing.

Having the same issue when trying to collect the so call Prize Track awards.  Chatted with tech support 4 times now and each time it is if they did not know about it.  Last person told me to try Chrome in private mode, I did along with Firefox, and IE. Nothing made a difference, and I tried on two laptops, and my Android phone.  See screen shots.

i am unable to claim my prizes earned.  Please  fix it.. it had been going on for several  days.

I have 3 boosters waiting to claim   and every time I try it says try again thenit says restart or quit
